为了研究Φ26热轧23MnN iMoCr54钢制成Φ26×92的扁平链环,通过改变现有生产Φ26×92的圆环链条工艺,在理论结合实际的基础上,确定加热设备、用经验法计算选定挤压设备,使挤压工序满足生产需求,小批量生产试验表明:挤压后的扁平环外观及几何尺寸符合要求,成品Φ26×92的扁平链机械性能试验达到国家标准要求,选用的扁平链制造工艺、中频加热、100 t压力机是合理可行的,为大批量生产扁平链环提供了有力的保证。
