采用标准流动性实验、阿基米德密度实验、硬度测试、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,研究了不同挤压力下Al-5.0Cu-0.4Mn合金的微观组织和性能。结果表明,该合金的流动性略优于ZL205A;50 MPa挤压比压和T5态下,该合金典型性能为密度2.80 g/cm3,抗拉强度441 MPa,伸长率21%,硬度45 HRB;随着挤压比压的增加,合金的密度、硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率均增加,但增幅逐渐减小。
The microstructure and properties of Al-5.0Cu-0.4Mn alloy under different compressive forces were studied by standard fluidity test, Archimedes density test, hardness test, optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the flowability of this alloy is slightly better than that of ZL205A. The typical properties of the alloy are density 2.80 g / cm3, tensile strength 441 MPa, elongation 21% and hardness 45 HRB With the increase of extrusion pressure, the density, hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy all increase, but the increment decreases gradually.
