合成了三种双氯芬酸金属配合物———双氯芬酸铜(Ⅱ)、双氯芬酸锌(Ⅱ)和双氯芬酸锰。通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物的组成和结构进行了初步表征;在水溶液中,利用改进的核黄素光还原NBT法测定了不同浓度模拟物和天然SOD的活性。考察了pH值及乙醇、丙酮对其SOD样活性的影响。结果表明,这三个模拟物均有SOD样活性,具有应用价值。
Three diclofenac metal complexes, diclofenac copper (Ⅱ), diclofenac zinc (Ⅱ) and diclofenac manganese were synthesized. The composition and structure of the complex were preliminarily characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The activity of different concentrations of mimics and natural SOD were measured in aqueous solution using modified riboflavin photoreduction NBT method. The effects of pH and ethanol and acetone on SOD activity were investigated. The results showed that all three mimics had SOD-like activity and had application value.
