马玲现任内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市卫生计生委党组书记、主任。1976年11月参加工作,先后任巴彦淖尔市人力资源和社会保障局党组成员、社保局局长、卫生局党组书记、局长。工作期间,先后主持开展的社会保险事业、基本公共卫生服务项目、信息化建设和妇幼卫生等工作均走在国家和自治区的前列。获得全国劳动和社会保障系统先进个人、荣记一等功,巴彦淖尔盟信访工作三等功及全市民族团结进步先进个人等荣誉称号。
Ma Ling is currently the secretary and director of the Party Committee of Bayannur Health and Family Planning in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. 1976 November to work, has served as Bayannaoer City Bureau of human resources and Social Security Party members, the Secretary for Social Security, Party Secretary of the Health Bureau, the Secretary. During his work, he successively took the lead in the social insurance undertaking, basic public health service projects, information construction and maternity and child health work in the forefront of the state and the autonomous region. Won the national labor and social security system of advanced individuals, Rong Ji first class work, Bayannur League petition work third class and the city’s national unity and progress of advanced individuals such as the honorary title.
