一、十六年对外开放的主要成就和基本经验党的十一届三中全会以来,珠江三角洲地区在邓小平对外开放思想指引下,广大干部群众勇于探索,大胆实践,创造了举世瞩目的奇迹。在对外开放方面所取得的成就主要表现在如下几个方面。一是珠三角成为全国对外开放最早的地区:二是珠三角是全国对外开放程度最高的地区,1994年出口贸易占国内生产总值的45%,实际占全国总额24%;三是珠三角对外开放成就最显著,16年来该地区年均经济增长率、外贸出口额年均增长率、城乡人均收入等大大高于全省和全国同
