近年来,我国的市政公路建设的步伐越来越稳健,市政公路建设的市场正处于饱和阶段,承建单位之间的市场竞争也是日趋激烈,承建单位面临市场带来的机会和考验。要想在日趋激烈的市场竞争中利于不败之地,在引进现代先进设备、借鉴先进技术的同时,更要根据相关的管理经验和措施,对在实际的道路施工过程中可能遇到的各种风险进行科学的评估,不断的建立健全单位自身的各项管理机制,有效管理成本,提升企业的经济实效,只有这样,才能在激烈的市场中,更好地生存和长久地发展。鉴于此,笔者总结了本文。
