当今大学教育出现了重视科学技术而忽略人文素养培养的趋势。为了填补人文教育的空缺,大学英语教育应充分发挥语言的载体作用,在课堂中融入人文教育。本文先简要阐述了我国人文素养教育的现状,再以《新视野大学英语》教材为例,举例说明如何在英语课堂中融入人文教育,培养大学生人文精神,做到英语教学和人文教学相结合,从而促进大学英语教育的进一步发展。
In today’s university education, attention has been paid to science and technology while ignoring the trend of cultivating humanities. In order to fill the gap in humanistic education, college English education should give full play to the role of language carrier in the classroom into the humanities education. This article briefly states the status quo of humanistic accomplishment education in our country. Taking “New Horizon College English” as an example, this article gives an example of how to incorporate humanistic education into English classes and cultivate the humanistic spirit of college students. By combining English teaching and humanistic teaching, Thus promoting the further development of college English education.
