目的分析商丘市两年来消毒监测资料,了解各级医疗机构消毒效果,为下一步开展监测活动提供方向。方法集商丘市疾疾预防控制中心消毒监测资料,依据国家有关规定进行分析整理。结果 2010~2012年商丘市总共监测样品分别是1335份和1582份,总合格率为82.17%和83.69%。不同类别监测样品中合格率最高的是使用中的消毒液,合格率为92.83%,合格率最低的是空气中细菌含量,为62.75%。市直二级以上医院、区医院和门诊部、卫生站(院)及个体诊所的合格率依次为91.19%、84.16%、69.09%三者之间存在显著性(χ2=62.84,P<0.05)。四种致病菌检测中,共检测样品1945份,检出带有金黄色葡萄球菌样品45份,绿脓杆菌样品15份,沙门氏菌样品5份,溶血性链球菌未检出。结论今后监测重点将是县级医疗卫生机构和个体门诊,促使其增加人员的培训,按规范使用消毒液,以确保消毒效果。
Objective To analyze the disinfection monitoring data in Shangqiu City for two years, understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels and provide the direction for the next step in monitoring. Methods Shangqiu City CDC disinfection monitoring data, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to analyze. Results From 2010 to 2012, the total monitoring samples in Shangqiu City were 1335 and 1582 respectively, with a total pass rate of 82.17% and 83.69%. Different types of monitoring samples in the highest pass rate is the use of disinfectant, with a pass rate of 92.83%, the lowest pass rate is the air bacteria content, was 62.75%. The passing rate of hospitals above Grade II and above, district hospitals and clinics, clinics and individual clinics was 91.19%, 84.16% and 69.09%, respectively (χ2 = 62.84, P <0.05). Four kinds of pathogenic bacteria detection, a total of 1945 samples were detected, detected with 45 samples of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 15 samples, 5 samples of Salmonella, hemolytic streptococcus was not detected. Conclusion The focus of monitoring will be the county-level medical and health institutions and individual clinics in the future, which will encourage them to increase their training and use disinfectant according to the regulations to ensure the disinfection effect.
