本文重点论述了近年来有些地方在实施素质教育上存在的误区,并分析原因,指出走出素质教育误区的方法。作者认为实施素质教育存在的误区有认为素质教育只是媒介宣传;认为素质教育就是体、音、美教育;认为素质教育就是增加课外活动;认为素质教育就是减轻学生的课业负担。究其原因是观念没有转变、没有一个完善的制度、学校办学的思想不端正、没有一套完善的考试制度、教师队伍素质不高。走出素质教育误区的方法是统一对素质教育概念的认识;加强师资建设,提高教师素质;重视家庭教育对素质教育的影响;更新教育观念,科学评估教育质量;建立完善的监督考核机制;减轻学生负担,提高教学质量。
This article focuses on the misunderstandings existing in implementing quality education in some places in recent years, and analyzes the reasons and points out the way to get out of the misunderstanding of quality education. The author believes that there are some errors in the implementation of quality education. Quality education is only media publicity. Quality education is body, sound and beauty education. Quality education is to increase extracurricular activities. Quality education is to reduce the burden of students’ homework. The reason is that the concept has not changed, there is no perfect system, the thought of school running is not correct, there is no perfect examination system, and the quality of teachers is not high. Out of the misunderstanding of quality education is to unify the concept of quality education; strengthen teachers, improve the quality of teachers; pay attention to the impact of family education on quality education; update the educational concept, scientifically assess the quality of education; establish a sound monitoring and evaluation mechanism; reduce the students Burden, improve teaching quality.
