目的:分析髋关节滑膜炎中药处方的用药规律.方法:通过中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库搜集2011-2016年治疗髋关节滑膜炎的中药处方,采用TCMISS中医传承辅助平台软件,对处方中各药物的使用频次、四气五味归经、归类、以及药物之间的关联规则等进行分析和提取.结果:对175个中药处方进行分析,使用频率较高的中药有当归、牛膝、红花、赤芍、甘草、黄柏、金银花、川芎等.药物的四气分布主要为温、平、寒、凉,五味分布主要为苦、辛、甘,归经分布主要为肝、脾、心、肾、肺.药物归类分布主要为伞形科、菊科、毛茛科、豆科.结论:治疗髋关节滑膜炎常用中药有活血化瘀药、益气补血药、祛风湿药等,治法主要是活血化瘀、补益气血、祛风除湿.“,”Objective:To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for hip synovitis.Methods:Herbal prescriptions for hip synovitis were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database,Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Database,from 2011 to 2016.We used Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to analyze the frequency,four natures,five flavors,meridian entry,plant classification of drugs,and the association rules between drugs.Results:Based on the analysis of 175 herbal prescriptions,herbs used with high frequency were Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Honghua (Flos Carthami),Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri),Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae),Rhizoma of Chuanxiong,et al.Four natures of drugs were mainly consisting of warmth,neutral,cold and coolness.Five flavors of drugs were mainly consist of bitter,pungent and sweet.Meridian entrys were mainly consist of liver,spleen,heart,kidney and lung.Plant classification of drugs was mainly consisting of Apiaceae,Asteraceae,Ranunculaceae and Fabaceae.Conclusion:The common Chinese medicines used for hip synovitis included blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine,qi-tonifying and blood-tonifying medicine,wind-dampness-dispelling medicine.The method of treatment for hip synovitis is to activate blood and resolve stasis,tonify qi and blood,dispell wind and dampness.
