巧防砧板干裂Q:我买了N个砧板,每次都因为它开裂而扔掉,怪可惜的,如果有防裂砧板就好了。A:我这有一个砧板干裂的巧办法,你可以试试。可以买回新砧板后,立即涂上食用油。做法是:在砧板上下两面及周边涂上食用油,待油吸干后再涂,涂三四遍即可。砧板周边易开裂,可反复多涂几遍,油干后即可使用。经过这样处理,砧板就不易出现裂痕。因为油的渗透力强,又不易挥发,可以长期润泽木质,能防止砧板爆裂。涂油还有防腐功能,砧板也因此经久耐用。
