用顶吹 CO2 - Na OH溶液体系模拟了 RH- KTB顶吹氧溶氧过程。通过对碱液吸收 CO2 反应动力学的研究 ,考察了操作参数对 RH- KTB顶吹氧脱碳过程中溶氧反应的影响。结果表明 :提高气相中氧分压、增加提升氩气流量或采用低枪位喷吹都有利于加速溶氧脱碳。实验中还发现 :顶吹氧气流量对容积传质系数影响很小 ,对熔池内的钢液流动状态影响不大
The top oxygen blowing and oxygen diffusion process of RH- KTB was modeled by the top blowing CO2 - NaOH solution system. By studying the kinetics of CO2 absorption in lye, the effect of operating parameters on DO reaction during top oxygen blowing decarburization of RH- KTB was investigated. The results show that increasing the oxygen partial pressure in the gas phase, increasing the argon gas flow rate, or spraying at a low gun position will accelerate the decarbonization of dissolved oxygen. The experiment also found that the top blowing oxygen flow had little effect on the volumetric mass transfer coefficient and had little effect on the flow state of molten steel in the molten pool
