(本刊记者郭倩)记者从工商总局获悉,针对汽车市场存在的问题,国家工商总局要求在全国范围内开展汽车市场专项整治,重点整治虚假宣传、商业贿赂、霸王条款等5项违法行为。此次整治将从本月持续到12月。国家工商总局表示,目前汽车市场侵害消费者权益、扰乱市场竞争秩序等违法行为时有发生,要求各级工商部门坚持放管并重、宽进严管的原则,通过专项整治行动,进一步规范汽车市场秩序。整治将从本月起持续到年底。
