以剥除胚乳的两个百合杂交组合的杂种胚,进行高体培养,5d后即开始萌发,15d后,萌发率达88%.在不同激素含量的培养基比较试验中,发现以MS+NAA0.5mg/L+KT1.0mg/L激素浓度培养基培养效果最好.其中,75%的种胚长成完整植株,12.5%的种胚长出幼芽,培养过程中,无根的幼苗生长至3cm左右,约5张叶片时,转移至MS+NAA0.1mg/L的培养基上,2~3周后,有80%的幼苗长出根.而未利除胚乳的种子,45d后才观察到胚的萌发,68d后,仅16%的种子萌发.
