近几年,茂名石化全面推广优化工作,结合实际不断深化,使优化渗透到从原油选择到炼油化工产品出厂的全过程,形成了全流程滚动优化。每年优化挖潜增效均超过10亿元。早在2005年,茂名石化炼油分部组建了计量、蒸汽、电力等7个优化小组,在中国石化系统率先实施生产优化,当年物耗、能耗大幅下降。尝到甜头后,茂名石化全面推广优化工作,并且结合实际不断深化,使优化渗透到从原油选择、采购到炼油化工产品出厂的全过程,形成了全流程滚动优化格局。近几年,每年通过优化挖潜增效均超过10亿元。
