随着社会教育制度的不断改革,许多省市都有了开放式大学的形式,大学的“学分银行”也是其中关键性的表现之一。它是传统“学分制”的延续与发展,其形式变化在当今社会有着重要的意义。传统的学分制不是非常的完善,它只能够在区域内部起到监督学生学习的作用。而“学分银行”可以调动教学资源的集合,提高教学效率,促进全日制教育与非学历教育之间的结合。本文以“学分银行”这个理念作为切入点,探讨无锡开放大学制度建设的实践研究。
With the continuous reform of the social education system, many provinces and cities have taken the form of open universities. The university’s “credit bank” is also one of the key performances among them. It is the continuation and development of the traditional “credit system”, and the change of its form has an important meaning in today’s society. The traditional credit system is not very perfect, it can only play a supervisory role of student learning within the region. And “credit bank” can mobilize the collection of teaching resources, improve teaching efficiency and promote the combination of full-time and non-degree education. This article uses the concept of “credit bank” as an entry point and discusses the practical research on the system construction of Wuxi Open University.
