随着我国社会经济制度的不断改革,为促使我国市场经济积极发展,同时社会现代化的建设要求越来越高,对专业技术型人才的需求逐渐从传统的技能要求向高素质要求转变。为此,作为我国培养专业知识型技术人才的高职院校,在教育制度不断深化改革的背景下,在班级授课制作为基础教学模式的情况下,如何有效地将理论知识与实践技能相结合,培养出真正具备高素质的专业人才,成为现阶段高职教育所要急需解决的问题。现代学徒制区别于传统学徒制,是一种适应高职教育体系的教学模式,极具我国独有的特点,可有效解决高职教育目前所面临的问题。本文结合笔者多年从事高职教育工作的经验,简单对高职教育中现代学徒制人才培养模式进行探讨,以供参考研究。

The modern apprenticeship is different from the traditional apprenticeship system. It is a kind of teaching mode that adapts to the higher vocational education system. It is very unique to our country and can effectively solve the problems that the higher vocational education faces now. This article combines the writer’s experience of engaging in higher vocational education for many years, and briefly discusses the training model of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education for reference research.
