包钢钢联股份有限公司无缝钢管厂以生产线扩建和产品升级为契机实施了面向全厂的制造执行系统(MES)。为实现管控一体的目标,系统需要与多个生产线控制系统(PCS)进行整合,实现功能和信息的集成。针对系统实施过程中遇到的多条生产线、多个PCS、异构数据库以及多种通信方式的实际需求,提出兼顾分厂工艺特点和总体管理目标的系统集成方法。最终的实施效果表明,该套系统集成方法在功能完备性、数据完整性和准确性、系统可靠性方面均达到企业要求。
Baosteel Steel Co., Ltd. joint venture seamless steel pipe plant to expand production lines and product upgrades as an opportunity to implement a factory-oriented manufacturing execution system (MES). To achieve the goal of management and control, the system needs to integrate with multiple production line control systems (PCSs) to realize the integration of functions and information. In view of the actual demand of multiple production lines, multiple PCSs, heterogeneous databases and multiple communication modes encountered in the implementation of the system, a system integration method that takes into account the technical characteristics of the branch factory and the overall management objectives is proposed. The final implementation results show that the system integration method meets the requirements of enterprises in terms of completeness of functions, data integrity and accuracy, and system reliability.
