目的探讨像素激光治疗面部烧伤后瘢痕的疗效。方法回顾分析45例患者的临床资料。结果本组45例中显效30例,有效12例,无效3例。创面愈合时间约5～7d,所有患者均出现不同程度的红斑反应,无1例患者发生色素沉着、感染及新生瘢痕等反应。结论各种烧伤愈合后皮肤常会造成瘢痕及色素沉着或脱失,影响外观和功能,给患者带来严重的心理负担。由于像素激光术后红斑反应时间短,色素沉着发生率低,创面修复快,更易为患者所接受。总之,像素激光治疗烧伤创面愈合具有疗效确切、损伤小、修复快、可重复的优点,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of pixel laser on scar after facial burn. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 45 cases markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 12 cases, 3 cases. Wound healing time was about 5 ~ 7d, all patients showed varying degrees of erythema reaction, no patient with pigmentation, infection and neonatal scar reaction. Conclusion All kinds of burn healed skin often cause scarring and pigmentation or loss, affect the appearance and function, to patients with serious psychological burden. As the pixel laser postoperative erythema reaction time is short, the incidence of pigmentation is low, the wound repair faster, easier for patients to accept. In short, the pixel laser treatment of burn wound healing with the exact effect, small damage, rapid repair, repeatable advantages, is worth clinical application.
