采用溶胶 凝胶工艺制备纳米Ni TiO2 介孔组装复合体。用BET、DSC TGA、XRD及TEM等手段研究其比表面积、晶粒大小、结构及相变特性。结果表明 :在反应溶剂中加入DCCA(干燥控制剂 )和提高n(EtOH) n(Ti)值 (醇钛比 )可使孔径分布由分散变为集中 ,孔容也有所增大 ,Ni的加入明显抑制了基体TiO2 的A—R(锐钛矿—金红石 )的相变 ,使相变温度大大提高
Preparation of nano-NiTiO2 mesoporous assembly by sol-gel process. The specific surface area, grain size, structure and phase transition properties were studied by means of BET, DSC TGA, XRD and TEM. The results showed that adding DCCA (drying control agent) and increasing the value of n (EtOH) n (Ti) in the reaction solvent can change the pore size distribution from concentrate to concentrate and the pore volume also increased.
