对发包方关系管理能力进行评价需要从三个角度出发,关系管理能力构成要素,关系管理能力结果,企业的关系管理能力支撑系统。关系管理由关系规划、关系建立、关系保障、关系发展四个阶段构成,不同阶段中需要发包方具有相应的关系管理能力。衡量发包方关系管理结果主要有资源获取情况、关系对象、关系质量和关系网络四个方面。发包方对关系管理能力构成影响的管理支撑系统主要包括企业文化、组织结构、人力资源和关系投入四个方面。
To evaluate the relationship management ability of the contractor needs three aspects: the elements of the relationship management ability, the result of the relationship management ability and the support system of the enterprise’s relationship management ability. Relationship management consists of four stages: relationship planning, relationship establishment, relationship assurance and relationship development. In different stages, the contractor needs to have the corresponding relationship management ability. Measuring the results of the relationship between management of the main results of the parties have access to resources, the relationship between the object, the quality of relations and the relationship between the network. Employer’s management support system that influences the ability of relationship management includes four aspects: corporate culture, organizational structure, human resources and relationship investment.
