报告经病理及手术证实的直肠重复畸形７例，其中３例为囊肿型，４例为管状直肠重复畸形。囊肿型的主要症状为瘘口经久不愈及肿物压迫造成的排便困难。管状直肠重复畸形的主要症状为排便困难，并伴有不同形式的泌尿生殖系统畸形。７例患儿中４例伴有脊柱畸形。 Reported 7 cases of rectum deformity confirmed by pathology and surgery, of which 3 were cyst type, 4 cases of tubular rectum deformity. The main symptoms of cyst type fistula prolonged unhealed and caused by the difficulty of defecation. The main symptoms of tubular rectum deformity for defecation, accompanied by different forms of genitourinary system deformity. Four of the seven children had spinal deformities.
