作者应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别测定了49例正常足月儿脐动脉血清和50例脐静脉血G-CSF阳性率和含量。脐动脉及脐静脉血清G-CSF阳性率分别为8.16%及74%,并测定了其中37例阳性脐静脉血中G-CSF含量,结果S/N最高值19.94,最低2.1,均值为5.90±3.95。经统计学处理,脐静脉血与脐动脉血中G-CSF阳性率有显著性差别(P<0.01)。并用单向环状免疫扩散(RID)法,测定了41例正常足月儿脐静脉血中免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgA,IgM)含量,IgG(13.02±3.65)明显高于正常值11.2±3.2,(P<0.05),IgA未测到,IgM含量明显低于正常值。
The authors used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were measured in 49 cases of normal full-term children with umbilical artery serum and 50 cases of umbilical cord blood G-CSF positive rate and content. The positive rates of G-CSF in umbilical artery and umbilical vein were 8.16% and 74%, respectively. The G-CSF content in 37 cases of umbilical vein blood was measured.
