目前,柴油机连杆的强度分析所采用的安全系数法,不能定量地反映安全可靠的程度。由于工作应力和疲劳强度均为随机变量,必须运用概率统计方法进行强度分析,用可靠度指标定量地反映安全可靠的程度。本文以12V180ZL柴油机连杆为例,介绍了连杆可靠度的试验方法和分析步骤,并将计算结果与实际使用中的失效数据进行了对比分析。作者认为采用可靠性分析比安全系数法更为合理、可靠和趋于实际。
At present, the safety factor method used in the strength analysis of diesel engine connecting rod can not quantitatively reflect the degree of safety and reliability. As the work stress and fatigue strength are random variables, we must use the method of probability and statistics to analyze the strength and use the reliability index to quantitatively reflect the degree of safety and reliability. In this paper, taking the 12V180ZL diesel engine connecting rod as an example, the test methods and the analysis steps of the connecting rod reliability are introduced, and the calculation results are compared with the failure data in actual use. The author believes that using reliability analysis is more reasonable, reliable and practical than the safety factor method.
