近年来,农村地区人、车、路矛盾日益突出,农村道路交通事故高发。要扭转日趋严峻的农村道路交通安全形势,交通管理要向农村延伸。在交警警力严重不足的情况下,由派出所协管农村道路交通。同时要重点做好六个方面的工作:一、在政府主导与公安主管上抓合力;二、在协管工作与派出所工作上抓结合;三、在静态管理与动态管理上抓平衡;四、在管理与服务、执法与服务上抓实效;五、在协作、指导、配合上抓效应。六、在突击治理与长效管理机制上抓督导。
