目的：观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊应用于卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床疗效。方法320例经腹腔镜治疗术后的卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者，按随机数字表法分为三组，A组110例，术后口服米非司酮12.5 mg/次、1次/d，联合桂枝茯苓0.93 g/次、3次/d，疗程共12周。B组108例，术后第一次月经来潮第1天给予戈舍瑞林3.6 mg，脐周皮下注射，每4周注射1次，共12周，C组102例术后不应用药物。观察三组治疗后痛经、慢性盆腔痛等症状缓解情况，同时比较三组治疗前后雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）水平。结果 A组治疗后痛经等疼痛总缓解率较C组差异有统计学意义，A组与B组总缓解率差异无统计学意义，A组经治疗12周后体内E2水平轻度下降，与B组比较差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊口服应用于卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术后患者可明显缓解痛经等疼痛症状，效果与应用戈舍瑞林相似，但治疗后E2下降水平明显低于戈舍瑞林组，具有较高的临床应用价值。“,”Objective To observe the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules on the postoperative patients with ovarian endometriosis.Methods 320 cases with ovarian endometriosis treated with laparoscope were divided into three groups in accordance with random number table. 110 cases that were given oral administration of mifepristone for 12.5 mg/time, 1 time/day combined with Guizhi Fuling for 0.93 g/time, 3 times/day with a course of treatment of 12 weeks were in Group A. Group B contained 108 cases that were given periderm subcutaneous injection of 3.6 mg goserelin on thefi rst day of thefi rst menstrual period after surgery at an interval of 4 weeks with a course of treatment of 12 weeks, while Group C included 102 cases that were not given any medication postoperatively to observe the remission of dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic pain after treatment as well as E2 and FSH levels before and after treatment in the three groups.Results There was signifi cant difference of the total pain (such as dysmenorrhea) relief rate after treatment in Group A when compared with Group C, but there was no statistical difference of the total pain relief rate between Group A and B. However, after a course of 12 weeks, the E2 level of Group A showed a slight decrease, which was signifi cantly different from the values of Group B over the same period.ConclusionMifepristone combined with oral administration of Guizhi Fuling capsules have a similar effect with goserelin, and can effectively relieve the pain symptoms such as dysmenorrhea in patients with ovarian endometriosis treated with laparoscope, however, the decrease of E2 level after treatment is signifi cantly lower in the former, which is of high clinical value.
