油气管道隧道断面形式小,荷载条件复杂,其衬砌的受力特性和普通的铁路、公路隧道有所不同。以某油气管道隧道为例,建立岩体结构平面应变分析有限元模型,对隧道围岩地层的应力、位移、变形和内力进行结构计算,得出隧道衬砌的强度安全系数及结构裂缝宽度,确定和验证了隧道围岩的支护方式。分析可知,用有限元数值方法对隧道进行结构模拟计算能较真实地反映隧道结构的内力和变形情况,可以用于对二次衬砌结构安全性能进行评价,为类似隧道的结构设计提供科学依据。
Oil and gas pipe tunnel section of the form of small, complex load conditions, the lining of the force characteristics and ordinary railways, road tunnels are different. Taking an oil and gas pipeline tunnel as an example, the finite element model of plane strain of rock mass is established, and the stress, displacement, deformation and internal force of surrounding rock strata in the tunnel are calculated, and the strength and safety factor and structure crack width of the tunnel lining are obtained. And verified the tunnel surrounding rock support methods. It can be seen from the analysis that using the finite element numerical method to simulate the tunnel structure can more accurately reflect the internal force and deformation of the tunnel structure and can be used to evaluate the safety performance of the secondary lining structure and provide a scientific basis for the structural design of similar tunnels.
