当今社会的竞争也是人才的竞争,企业是否能够留住人才,直接关系到自身的生存和发展。政工工作在企业中有非常重要的作用,他们能够对员工的思想起到正确的引导作用,因此政工人员必须采取一定的措施,加强对政工工作人员的思想政治教育工作,使其为企业的发展贡献自己的力量。笔者针对企业如何做好政工人员的思想政治工作进行了一系列的探讨,希望对广大的相关工作者能够有所帮助。
The competition in today’s society is also the competition of talents. Whether a company can retain its talents is directly related to its own survival and development. Political work has a very important role in the enterprise. They can play a correct guiding role in the thinking of employees. Therefore, political workers must take certain measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of political workers so that they can serve the development of enterprises contribute my effort.
