用酸性染料比色法测定了彭泽贝母等12种国产贝母总生物碱的含量。结果表明:产于四川、新疆等地的贝母总生物碱含量较低,而产于长江中下游地区的贝母总生物碱含量较高。彭泽贝母的总碱含量接近或高于同类贝母的总碱含量,为彭泽贝母新资源开发利用提供了科学依据。
The content of total alkaloids in 12 domestically produced Fritillaria przewalskii was determined by acid dye colorimetry. The results showed that the contents of total alkaloids in Fritillaria from Sichuan and Xinjiang were low, but the contents of total alkaloids from Fritillaria in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River were relatively high. The total alkaloid content of Pengze fritillary is close to or higher than the total alkaloid content of the same type of fritillaria, which provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Pengze’s new resources.
