The State Council released Guanshan [2015] No. 160 Document on Approval of the National Soil and Water Conservation Plan (2015-2030) on October 17, 2015 and agreed in principle with the “National Soil and Water Conservation Plan (2015-2030)” (hereinafter referred to as “ Planning), and urged the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities People’s Government, Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Land and Resources, MEP, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry Bureau conscientiously organize the implementation.
