21世纪,人们进入了信息化时代,大量的信息化技术逐渐深入到人们的生活的各个方面。信息化时代的到来,给人们的生活带来了巨大的改变,这些改变在促进社会进步的同时,也产生了一系列的问题。其中,信息化环境下著作权受到了较大的影响,着主要表现在著作物的复制、传播便利,为一些不法分子利用,使得著作物权利人的利益受到了很大的损失。如何在信息化环境下,加强对著作权的保护是目前相关部门重点考虑的问题。本文就分析信息化环境下著作权面临的问题,并探讨加强对著作权保护的有效措施。
In the 21st century, people have entered an era of informationization. A large number of information technologies have gradually deepened into all aspects of people’s lives. The arrival of the information age has brought great changes to people’s lives. These changes have brought about a series of problems while promoting social progress. Among them, the copyright in the information environment has been greatly affected, mainly in the reproduction of the crop, the convenience of dissemination, for some unscrupulous elements to use, making the interests of the crop owners have suffered a great loss. How to strengthen the protection of copyrights under the environment of informationization is the key issue to be considered by relevant departments at present. This article analyzes the problems facing copyright in the informational environment and discusses effective measures to strengthen copyright protection.
