当前,我国农村职业教育面临困境,如职教思想落后,生源严重不足、办学艰难、甚至有的名存实亡,办学质量偏低,学生就业困难,职业教育办学机制和人才培养落后于经济社会发展的需要等诸多因素的影响,我国农村职业教育的发展滞后,这种局面不利于农村剩余劳动力的转移和综合素质的提高,不利于经济社会的健康运行。本文从多方研究我国农村职教落后的原因,为我国农村职教改革和发展有一定的借鉴意义。
At present, the rural vocational education in our country is facing difficulties, such as backward vocational education ideas, serious shortage of students, difficult running of schools, and even some of them exist in name only. The quality of running schools is low, students’ employment is hard. Vocational education running mechanism and talent training lag behind economic and social development. And other factors, the development of rural vocational education in our country lags behind. This situation is not conducive to the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the improvement of overall quality, which is not conducive to the healthy operation of economy and society. This article from a multi-party research on the reasons for the backwardness of China’s rural vocational education for our country’s rural vocational education reform and development have some reference.
