研究了采用PC微机和数字信号处理器 (DSP)板构成实时开放系统结构智能切削模块 (OSA IMM)的体系结构和功能要求 ,以及实现开放系统结构设计的关键问题 .采用信号处理网络、可重入的插入式模块、描述命令文件以及面向切削过程智能化控制的标准函数库等 ,实现了系统的开放性和智能化 .以OSA IMM构成了车削过程自适应控制系统和基于人工神经网络的车刀后刀面磨损值在线估计系统 .实验表明 ,OSA IMM具有良好的开放系统结构和强大的实时处理能力 ,并有智能计算能力 ,在该平台上 ,可以方便地配置成适用于切削加工过程不同要求的控制 /监测系统
