结合对雷达抗干扰品质因素（ＱＥＣＣＭ）的分析，给出了一种新的干扰效果评估准则一干扰效果因素（ＱＥＣＭ），并对ＱＥＣＭ进行了定义。随后，本文讨论了ＱＥＣＭ与雷达其它工作性能指标的关系．验证了它作为一种干扰效果评估准则的合理性及有效性。
Combining with the analysis of QECCM, a new interference effect evaluation criterion-interference effect factor (QECM) is given and QECM is defined. Subsequently, the paper discussed the relationship between QECM and other performance indicators of radar. It verifies its rationality and effectiveness as a criterion of interference effect evaluation.
