曾宪英教授是海军医学研究所研究员,专业技术2级,文职1级。他1952年毕业于长春第三军医大学,1957年获前苏联医学副博士学位。1959年调海军医学研究所潜水医学研究室任助理研究员,1964年调航空医学研究室任副主任、主任、副研究员、研究员。他是海军航空医学领域的高级资深专家,先后担任中华医学会航空航天医学学会常委、全军医学科学技术委员会航空医学委员会副主任委员和顾问等多个军内外学术组织的领导职务。他长期从事海军航空医学研究工作,曾获1978年全国科技大会奖1项、军队二等成果奖1项、军队科技进步二等奖1项以及其它多项奖励。发表论文60余篇,参编12部专著。享受政府特殊津贴。2001年6月20～23日,正值海军在山东烟台召开第八届航空医学学术会议期间,本刊特派记者以“新世纪海军航空医学展望”为专题,采访了曾宪英研究员。
Professor Zeng Xianying is a researcher at the Institute of Naval Medical Research, professional and technical level 2, civilian level 1. He graduated from the Third Military Medical University in Changchun in 1952 and received a doctorate in medicine from the former Soviet Union in 1957. In 1959, he transferred Assistant Scientist, Submarine Medical Research Laboratory of Naval Medical Research Institute and vice director, director, associate researcher and researcher of Aviation Medicine Research Laboratory in 1964. He is a senior senior expert in the field of naval aviation medicine. He has successively held the posts of leading positions in many academic organizations both at home and abroad, including the Standing Committee of the Chinese Medical Association Institute of Aeronautic and Astronautical Sciences, the Vice Chairman of the Aviation Medical Committee of the Medical Science and Technology Commission of the PLA, and the consultant. He has long been engaged in naval aviation medical research. He won one prize of the 1978 National Science and Technology Conference, one second-class military achievement award, one second-class military technological progress award and many other awards.
