2013年7月,61名院士联名上书农业部,在联名信中,61名院士们针对转基因水稻的问题,严厉指责了农业部的不作为行为,被称之为“告御状”。而近日,61名院士联名上书农业部的事情又被中科院院士、华中农业大学生命科学学院院长张启发透露外界,一时成为社会关注的焦点。本文以柏林的两种自由论为基础,对转基因水稻事件进行了浅论。
In July 2013, 61 academicians jointly wrote a letter to the Ministry of Agriculture. In the joint letter, 61 academicians severely criticized the Ministry of Agriculture for its inaction in the joint letter and called it “impeachment.” Recently, 61 academicians jointly named the Ministry of Agriculture and things again by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural University Dean Zhang Qifa revealed the outside world, and then became the focus of public concern. Based on the two Berlin theories of freedom, this article discusses the genetically modified rice events.
