我们在探讨Ce组稀土和Y共存的条件下与偶氮氯膦-PN显色剂络合的导数光谱性质和测定,发现一阶导数可将重叠吸收带分开,因而提出导数光度法同时测定Ni基合金和钢中稀土与Y的可能性,经过试验,获得较好的结果。首先分别配制Ce组稀土(La:Ce.Pr.Nd=2:5:1:2)和Y各为10μg/mL的标准溶液。取不同量注入25mL量瓶中混合。依次加入3NHClO_41mL,2%VC1mL,0.05%偶氮氯膦-PN3mL,于20℃左右放置30min,用水稀释至刻度。用试剂空白作参比。用1cm比色皿在600—800nm范围进行导数测量,按峰-谷法测量峰高。 Ce组稀土和Y共存时,与偶氮氯膦-PN络合物的吸收光谱在675和730nm处相互重叠,
In order to investigate the properties and determination of the complexation of azoclophorone-PN reagent with the presence of rare earth and Y in the Ce group, we found that the first derivative can separate the overlapping absorption bands.
