万家寨引黄入晋工程地处内陆深处 ,冬季气候寒冷 ,若引水线路中的水体结冰 ,将带来严重的经济损失。根据设计单位提供的工程资料 ,对引水工程中的总干线、南干线的沿线水温变化情况进行了计算分析 ,得出防止引水线路结冰的主要措施为 :①尽量保持引水线路内水体的高流量 ;②充分重视申同嘴水库这个温度“弱面” ,使水库处于一定流量的工作状态 ,严格控制停机时间 ,必要时可给水库加盖 ;③若万家寨水利枢纽取水口处水温低于 1.5℃ ,可采取加大水体流量的方法防止结冰
