为解决铝合金薄壳上焊接封闭焊缝时产生的变形和应力问题,研究了逐点挤压矫形工艺及设备。试验及实际应用表明,这一工艺特别适用于矫正非平面曲线和不规则曲线焊缝引起的焊接变形,矫形后的接头性能,满足技术条件的要求。
In order to solve the deformation and stress problems of the welding seam welding on the aluminum alloy shell, the point-by-point extrusion orthopedic process and equipment were studied. Tests and practical applications show that this process is especially suitable for correcting welding deformation caused by non-planar curves and irregular curved welds, the performance of joints after orthopedic operation, and meeting the technical requirements.
