本文开展了石灰石质下脚料类人工砂在普通砂浆和混凝土中的应用,在抗折、耐磨、抗冻工程中的应用和与水泥水化凝胶粘结性能等的试验研究,结果是采用人工砂拌制的各强度等级的砌筑砂浆其抗压强度一般高于同配比河砂砂浆强度的一倍以上,用原状此类人工砂配制的C25以下的混凝土抗压强度普遍高于同配比的河砂混凝土;用掺入部分特细砂改善了级配的人工砂配制的C60以下各强度等级的混凝土的强度也普遍高于河砂混凝土;含8%以下石粉的人工砂完全可用于有耐磨要求的道路混凝土;石灰石质人工砂与水泥水化凝胶间结合紧密,界面处无裂缝,几乎分不出两者的界限。
