本文首先导出了平面应变幂强化材料多层容器存在间隙时的弹塑性压力—应力关系式。接着对假设条件进行了修改,得出了平面应力条件下的相对应的应力解析式。另一方面,本文以层间接触热阻为突破口,在探讨了多层容器层间导热机理的基础上,给出了一种通过简单导热实验确定层间间隙大小及状况的方法。通过对两个容器的试验研究,证明解析分析是正确和有效的。文中一些结论对多层容器的设计、制造、使用等方面具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the elastic-plastic stress-stress relationship of multi-layer container with plane strain exponentiation material is derived firstly. Then the assumptions are modified, and the corresponding stress analysis under plane stress is obtained. On the other hand, based on the thermal resistance of interlayer contact, this paper presents a method to determine the size and condition of interlayer gap by simple thermal experiments based on the discussion of the thermal conduction mechanism between layers. Through the experimental study of two containers, it is proved that analytical analysis is correct and effective. Some conclusions of the paper on the design, manufacture, use of multi-layer container has some reference value.
