李英俊同志是湖北龙王咀农场的机务队长,两年来在党的领导下,依靠群众,实干苦干,大闹技术革命创造出优异的成绩,使我场机务队伍迅速成长壮大,在1959年大跃进中发挥了很大的作用。一颗热爱农垦工作的心1958年2月,他从江苏调来场后,看到眼前一片肥沃平坦的土地,他就爱上了这块地方,决心在这里生根落脚,干一辈子。到场的第二天就投入紧张的开荒战斗。当时,由于机务人员来自四面八方,思想混乱,业务不熟,耕作质量很差,机车不断发生故障。他首先带领大家查勘了土地,安排耕作顺序,采取边做边学的办法,向大家传授耕作技术。又帮助 D—35
