长三角泛化已是区域发展的总体趋势,但长三角泛化至何范围则是区域一体化研究的首要问题。对于“泛长三角”范围的界定,目前众多学者说法不一。客观上,区域间地域相连、人缘相亲、文化相融、经济相通、要素流动频繁、优势互补等是进行“泛长三角”区域范围界定的关键因素。因此区域范围界定应由区际间经济社会等多方面联系指标所决定。鉴于此,文章在分析“泛长三角”概念内涵及发展条件的基础上,对各省与长三角之间的各种联系指标做出了比较,同时对周边省份与长三角之间联系的发展趋势,以及部分省区与其它范围的核心区如珠三角区域、京津冀区域之间的联系作比较分析。在此基础上,通过引力模型,采用多指标综合评价法对长三角与周围省区的联系强度做初步的定量比较。针对综合分析结果,在区域经济一体化背景下及在长三角及周边省份经济社会发展现实基础上提出“泛长三角”适度发展范围,从而为“泛长三角”区域一体化进程提供一定参考。 The generalization of the Yangtze River Delta has become the general trend of regional development. However, the extent to which the Yangtze River Delta generalizes is the primary issue in the study of regional integration. For the definition of the “Pan-Yangtze River Delta” range, many scholars have different opinions at present. Objectively speaking, inter-regional geographical connection, affinity, cultural integration, economic integration, frequent inflow of elements and complementary advantages are the key factors in defining the scope of the “Pan-Yangtze River Delta”. Therefore, the definition of regional scope should be determined by the inter-regional economic and social relations and many other indicators. In view of this, based on the analysis of the connotation and development conditions of the “Pan-Yangtze River Delta”, the article makes a comparison between various provinces and the Yangtze River Delta, and at the same time, makes a comparison between the neighboring provinces and the Yangtze River Delta Trend of development, as well as the comparative analysis of the links between some provinces and the core areas in other areas such as the PRD Region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Based on this, a preliminary quantitative comparison of the contact strength between the Yangtze River Delta and the surrounding provinces and autonomous regions is conducted by using the gravity model and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. According to the results of the comprehensive analysis, we propose a moderate development range of “Pan-Yangtze River Delta” under the background of regional economic integration and the reality of economic and social development in the Yangtze River Delta and surrounding provinces so as to promote the process of regional integration in the “Pan-Yangtze River Delta” Provide some reference.
