为了明确磷酸二铵施用量对黑龙江省不同年代育成大豆品种光合特性的影响,采用盆栽试验,选择黑龙江省1985—2005年育成的5个代表性大豆品种为试材,设置了0mg/kg、150mg/kg、300mg/kg(表示每公斤土中磷酸二铵施用量,下同)3个施肥水平,分析参试品种的光合指标与产量结果。结果表明,在3种施肥条件下,净光合速率、单株叶面积、叶色值和单株粒重均存在差异,并且达到显著或者极显著水平;1985—2005年育成品种随着育成时间的推移光合速率、单株叶面积、叶色值和单株粒重均呈现线性增加趋势,所不同的是新品种增加的多些,老品种增加的少些,即随着品种的不断更替,黑龙江省新近育成品种较老品种具有更高的需肥性。
