以科学的方法评估每头猪的肥瘦度，对现代肉类加工部门具有重要的现实意义和经济价值。本文介绍“Ｙ”型反射式光纤传感器在猪肉肥瘦度检测系统中的应用，详细介绍了一种光纤传感智能检测系统的原理及组成，讨论了其硬件和软件的结构设计。使用表明，该检测系统能满足猪肉胴体肥瘦度检测的要求。
Evaluating the fatness of each pig in a scientific manner has important practical and economic value for the modern meat processing sector. This paper introduces the application of “Y” type reflective fiber sensor in pork fatness detection system, introduces the principle and composition of an optical fiber sensing intelligent detection system in detail, and discusses the hardware and software structure design. Use shows that the detection system can meet the requirements of pork carcass fatness detection.
