在运动员训练过程中,教练采取对于运动员进行监控与控制的主要方式是利用训练监控实现的,训练监控的设立,能够有效监督训练员的训练情况,将训练效果与训练计划进行分析。在高水平男子中长跑训练当中,训练质量与训练的语气目标必须针对预期的目标进行对比,训练过程中,需要使训练达到相应的效果,并恢复到预期的训练目标。文章针对中长跑运动训练进行研究,探讨了长跑训练中的功能及特点。并采用生理化的监控指标进行控制,采用乳酸、血红蛋白,心率等进行分析。
