葡萄果皮柔薄,容易破損、干縮及腐烂,一般不作大量貯藏,因之供应期很短。现介紹几种比较简单易行而經济有效的貯藏经验,可供同志們参考试作。准备貯藏的葡萄均須注意采果及选果工作,采收时不宜过早或过晚,也不宜雨后进行,須保留果粒上的果粉,采收下来时剪除腐烂、破損的果粒,并以干布抹去果粒上的水气及泥土,然后进行貯藏。 (一) 平鋪法:貯藏室可用石块砌成,温度和湿度变化要小,并通风良好,室內放貯藏架,架上各屋(?)稭帘上可放3~4层葡萄。用这种方法貯藏时间约一个月,以后逐漸有縐縮、霉烂及交軟、变味等现象。
