目的 实验观察佛司可林两个类似物 ,即isoforskolin (isoF) ,deacetylforskolin (deaF) ,对饮水导致急性人眼压升高的影响。 方法 按随机双盲法设计 ,将佛司可林两个类似物配成的滴眼液分别滴入 1眼 ,相应的溶媒滴入另眼。让受试者饮水 ( 14ml/kg)造成急性人眼压升高。给药前后用气动式眼压计测定眼压值 ,观察眼压变化。 结果 表明isoF( 0 5 % )及deaF( 1 0 % )均有抑制作用 ,最大抑制率分别为 11 4%及 12 0 % ,并且副作用小。 结论 实验证明isoF( 0 5 % )及deaF( 1 0 % )抑制饮水导致急性人眼压升高
Objective To observe the effect of two analogues of forskolin, namely isoforskolin (isoF) and deacetylforskolin (deaF), on the elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in drinking water. Methods According to a randomized double-blind design, drops of the two analogues of forskolin were dripped into one eye and the corresponding solvent was dripped into the eye. Subjects drinking water (14ml / kg) caused an elevated intraocular pressure in the eyes. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured by pneumatic tonometer before and after administration, and the intraocular pressure (IOP) was observed. The results showed that both isoF (0 5%) and deaF (10%) had inhibitory effects with the maximum inhibitory rates of 114% and 120%, respectively, and the side effects were small. Conclusion Experiments show that isoF (0 5%) and deaF (10%) inhibit drinking water lead to elevated intraocular pressure
