带钢振动纹和轧机自激振动是制约产能和产品质量提高的障碍之一,被称为幽灵振动。这种振动常因难以找到明显、固定的原因而成为现场的棘手问题。研制的报警装置针对上述问题而专门设计,可以预警振动纹和突发性自激振动等不同性质的轧机振动。在系统的通讯、前端预处理和模型预警方面都采用了特别的处理,使系统的实时性、抗干扰能力、模型预警能力和扩展性优于常规的振动监测系统。系统对降低产线故障时间、提高产能和产品质量起到积极作用,同时为现场操作人员提供了操作和换辊的客观依据,是振动监测直接为生产部门服务的良好实例。
