目的建立<1岁正常婴儿血清铁蛋白值参考范围。方法采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析法对2009年2月—2014年3月在永康市妇幼保健院门诊体检的302名<1岁正常婴儿的血清铁蛋白浓度进行测定,并依测定数据的分布和不同性别、月龄婴儿血清铁蛋白水平差异状况,制定相应的双侧95%医学参考值范围。结果 302名婴儿血清铁蛋白浓度资料呈偏态分布,采用百分位数法制定医学参考值范围。在302名婴儿的测定值中,删除1个离群值,其他301名婴儿血清铁蛋白参考值范围为12.51~171.70μg/L,性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同月龄组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);≤6个月、7~9个月、10~12个月3个年龄组参考范围分别为18.02~197.22μg/L、11.85~146.08μg/L和12.69~126.36μg/L。结论婴儿血清铁蛋白正常值参考范围与成人有差异,不同月龄婴儿应采用不同的参考范围。
Objective To establish the reference range of serum ferritin in normal infants <1 year old. Methods The serum ferritin concentrations of 302 normal infants <1 year old who were examined in Yongkang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2009 to March 2014 were measured by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay. According to the distribution of the measured data And different gender, age-related differences in serum ferritin levels in infants, to develop the corresponding bilateral 95% medical reference range. Results A total of 302 infants’ serum ferritin concentration data were skewed. The medical reference value range was established by the percentile method. Among the 302 infants, 1 outlier was deleted, and the other 301 infants’ serum ferritin reference range was 12.51-1717.0μg / L, with no significant difference between the sexes (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). The reference ranges of ≤6months, 7 ~ 9months and 10 ~ 12months were 18.02 ~ 197.22μg / L, 11.85 ~ 146.08μg / L and 12.69 ~ 126.36μg / L. Conclusion The reference range of normal serum ferritin in infants is different from that in adults. Different reference ranges should be adopted for infants of different ages.
